Our apple & oatmeal is a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids.

A filling oat porridge made from oats and millet, which has been cooked into a soft and smooth porridge with a little "chew" in it, thanks to the fact that the porridge is cooked on steel cut oats. We have flavored the porridge with diced apples and cinnamon. As usual, we've added a splash of cold-pressed rapeseed oil for the essential fats. A classic porridge that satiates nicely for breakfast, dessert or supper.

Millet is one of our oldest grains, it is naturally gluten-free and rich in thiamin, zinc and iron. Oats are one of our classic Nordic grains, also naturally gluten-free, and also contain beta-glucan, a water-soluble fiber that contributes to a more even block sugar level and helps keep the stomach in shape. Tasty and naturally good for small stomachs!
