Organic arrowroot powder

Arrowroot is a perennial herb that uses its long, white rhizomes, which are prepared by carefully peeling and grinding the rhizomes. This is then mixed with water and a large part of the water is squeezed out through a piece of cloth. The porridge-like lump that remains is then dried and ground into powder.
