Acetaia Cattani is a family-owned and operated balsamic producer with roots in Modena, Italy dating back to the early 1900th century. They are now the 4th generation of producers from the same family, in the production sweet domestic grapes from their own vineyard in the mountains of Modena are used to make Balsamico Tradizionale, one of the most valuable ingredients in the Italian food tradition.
