Birch sap dropped on Högtorp flavored with birch leaves, boiled with sugar to a syrup. A clear favorite. Björklöven's greenery and light bitterness lift in harmony with the sugar to a fantastically full-bodied taste. Good with cheese, ice cream, drinks or drizzle it over a rich yoghurt. 

Origin: Högtorp farm, Mellösa, Sörmland. We drop birch sap and pick birch leaves by hand on our own ecologically certified land. The sugar is white KRAVEU / non-EU sugar. The syrup is produced in an EU-approved production kitchen under strictly hygienic forms. It guarantees clean, safe and first-class products that are not oxidized or spoiled prematurely.
