Our blueberry & oatmeal is a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids.
A filling oat porridge made from oats and millet, which has been cooked into a soft and smooth porridge with a little "chew" in it, thanks to the fact that the porridge is cooked on steel cut oats. We have flavored the porridge with blueberries for a healthy and berry-tasting porridge packed with antioxidants from the blueberries. As usual, we've added a splash of cold-pressed rapeseed oil for the essential fats. A classic porridge that satisfies well for breakfast, dessert or supper.
