This year's Ecological Future Day focuses on food and sustainable development, from global perspectives and national initiatives to local practical solutions.

We hear how organic production can contribute to the UN's global sustainability goals. We present studies that show how organic production can increase profitability in Swedish agriculture. And we visualize a municipality's sustainability work through the Södertälje roll - a wrap and a concept - developed by the MatLust project in collaboration with local food companies and master chef Mathias Dahlgren.

The Södertälje roll is also served as today's lunch!
