We choose to make an organic and KRAV-branded sausage that is as clean as possible because we see a great demand from consumers to eat food without unnecessary additives, says Mälarcharks CEO Anderas Gisselfeldt.
Mälarchark was founded as early as 1933 in Eskilstuna and produces, sells and distributes hot smoked mixed charcuterie, both conventional and organic as well as liver pate.
