Warbro Kvarn located in the heart of Sörmland has launched a new flour - Dala Country wheat! It is an old country variety of spring wheat from Dalarna and a so-called "diversity crop", which means that there is great variation on the axis both in terms of color and shape, and only some have bristles while others are without.
Warbro Kvarn has long worked with the development of grain products on organic varieties of origin in Sweden. They offer real stone ground and fresh flour that is packed and delivered from their farm outside Katrineholm.
