It is election year and Ecological Future Day feels the politics on the pulse. The organic market is growing, but what do our politicians want?
The government has set new goals for eco - but do they agree on why and what the taxpayers get for the investments that are made? Join in and influence the debate when eight Riksdag politicians enter the stage to give their answers.
This year's Ecological Future Day focuses on food and sustainable development, from global perspectives and national initiatives to local practical solutions.
We hear how organic production can contribute to the UN's global sustainability goals. We present studies that show how organic production can increase profitability in Swedish agriculture. And we visualize a municipality's sustainability work in the entire food chain through Södertäljerullen, a concept with new, innovative foods developed by the MatLust project in collaboration with local food companies and master chef Mathias Dahlgren. The Södertälje roll is also served as today's lunch!
Update yourself on what you who work with organic actually contribute through your business. And not least: meet committed colleagues and have fun!

Holistic thinking and cross-border collaborations - between the private and the public, for example - can generate new products, businesses and markets. The Södertälje roll is a practical example of this. MatLust and actors from the entire food chain describes a concept that takes the global goals to real business. And how master chef Mathias Dahlgren's idea of Swedish ingredients that meet immigrant food culture became a reality.
