Garlic sprouts

The garlic sprouts have a look reminiscent of leek sprouts. The taste is described as milder than the garlic itself. Which in appropriate case gives you the opportunity to replace the garlic with the garlic sprouts. 

The garlic and leek sprouts contain something called chlorophyll. The high content of chlorophyll makes these two unique compared to the other germ cousins. Just like leek sprouts, garlic sprouts provide high amounts of vitamins, minerals and proteins.
