The falafel is spiced with finely chopped parsley, cumin and coriander. Falafel originates in the Middle East and is often served with a tahini sauce in a flatbread or as a pick-me-up on a platter. Cook the frozen falafel directly in a frying pan, fryer or oven. Serve it in pita bread with a good cold sauce and you have a quick and good vegetarian dish!
