This schnapps is named after a cozy island in the entrance to Stockholm. Fjäderholmarna is a summery schnapps with full, fruity, floral and fresh elderberry character.
Excellent for mild herring pickles, white asparagus, seafood, crayfish and light meat dishes. It's not only as schnapps you can drink Fjäderholmarna, it is excellent as an aperitif with a piece of ice in it or as a drink with a bubble.
