Since 2012, we have been brewing organic craft beer. Our focus is to create balanced and tasty beers of classic beer styles, but with a modern twist. A good ear should be a beer you want to drink more of without getting tired, therefore our beers are often mild and easy to like, often with a slightly moderate alcohol content. Our vision is to work 100% organically and with as much locally produced raw materials as possible.
