Saltå Kvarns graham flour is a stone-ground wholemeal flour made from Swedish organic wheat. Both germ and bran remain and it is therefore rich in fiber, phosphorus and iron as well as the B vitamins thiamine and niacin. Use graham flour for coarser bread and in cooking when you want a little extra flavor and fiber. Graham flour is also good for cooking porridge, preferably with dried plums, figs and flax seeds.
