Saltå Kvarns graham flour is a stone-ground wholemeal flour made from Swedish, organic wheat. Both germ and bran remain and it is rich in magnesium and iron. Graham flour goes well with bread baking and porridge. You can also mix in a little graham flour in the pancake batter, so the pancakes will be richer and a little more filling.
