Spruce shoot syrup
Fresh and fruity taste with a hint of resin. A favorite is to serve it curled over a ball of really good vanilla ice cream with a little roasted pine nuts. The syrup is also suitable for salty cheese, such as Sörmland's noble, on pancakes or cheesecake, or in tea. But also in glaze for wild boar or as a seasoning in drinks.
