Green Bakery
We bake as we did before. That is, before the time of the big industrial bakeries. We strive to use only the best raw materials on the market, and to use them in a way that does them real justice. That our production is a craft is easy to see, because the breads differ in size and appearance. Our bread contains no additives, and most are baked completely without sugar and fat. If the bread needs to be sweetened, we normally use organic syrup. For raw berries (lingonberries and blueberries) we use regular, organic, sugar. If fat is needed for the bread to be really good (eg ciabatta or wort bread), we use organic, cold-pressed rapeseed oil of the highest quality.
