our KRAV-labelled beef from grazing animals is carefully bred on our western Swedish farms. The breeders follow nature's own cycle, which gives a juicy and tender meat, healthier animals and increased biodiversity. The meat is judged on the quality of our experienced cutters based on, among other things, firmness, marbling and tenderness.
For us, it is important to take care of the whole animal, in addition to individual details, we also deliver anatomically distributed and consumer-packed quarter, half and full cases!
