100% organic Swedish green peas that are pre-cooked.
Our wild peas are grown in Skåne and Halland in close collaboration with the growers and Foodhills.
In order to produce the best peas, we choose the seed varieties with care and only grow peas on the same field every 7 years. They are harvested exactly on the day they get the right sweetness during June-August.
Just a few hours after harvesting, they are rinsed, cleaned, soaked and frozen!
