Oat bran
Saltå Kvarns oat bran is produced from Swedish organic oats that are peeled and steam-prepared. The fibrous bran is then rolled and sieved. Oat bran contains almost twice as much fiber and protein as oatmeal and is also rich in, among other things, thiamine, magnesium, iron and zinc. With oat bran you get a smooth, tasty and nice porridge. It is also suitable for mixing in muesli, smoothies and in doughs for more juicy and high-fiber bread.
