Japanese Tamari Soy Sauce

Tamari is a Japanese, naturally gluten-free soy sauce that has a full-bodied and well-balancing taste. The soy is produced according to an old Japanese tradition, where the soybeans undergo a long storage and fermentation process, which is beneficial for the stomach. Wonderfully good in dressings and dips, for stir-fried vegetables, to mix with brown rice, sesame seeds and nori flakes, to add in a fresh marinade with honey / agave, grated garlic and ginger. Try roasting natural nuts and seeds with tamari and eat as a snack and sprinkle over dishes. Also lovely to present on the kitchen table and use as a spice, so good that the salt shaker will not be missing!
