At Jussö Ekogård we produce eggs, potatoes, turnips and cereals. Our cold-pressed rapeseed oil is similar to rapeseed oil with a rich content of omega 3 and omega 6. It is used in the same way in baking, frying, dressings and emulsions. However, we believe that rapeseed oil has a milder and rounder taste than rapeseed oil. The egg pilsner is our latest news that Kvarnagården's brewery brewed for us on our malt grain. We also have eggs and potatoes for sale.
