Mother Earth's RAW Virgin Coconut Butter is made from cold-pressed, fresh coconuts from Sri Lanka that have been carefully selected to ensure high quality. During production, the oil is pressed only once for a couple of hours, with a temperature kept below 45 degrees Celsius to preserve the nutrients. Unlike RAW Virgin Coconut Oil, the coconut butter contains the pulp from the coconut, which gives an extra sweetness and enhances the coconut experience.
