Coriander ground

Coriander is a classic spice that often has a significant role to play in spice mixes of various kinds. The spice has a rather special and fruity taste reminiscent of citrus and is a very common spice in Asia. In Sweden, we have it in liver pate and in curry mixes, among other things, but it can also be used with advantage in pickles.
