Since the start of Leksand's Crispbread in the 1800th century, sustainability and innovation have been a central part of the business. But the craftsmanship and passion for taste have never been compromised. The crispbreads are completely baked without additives and on only pure raw materials. The rye and wheat are from Swedish farms and the water from their own source. Since 2013, the bakery is completely fossil-free. The rye for our organic crispbread comes from Dala Sörby's Agriculture in Hedemora which is run by Gustaf and Daniel's families.
