Moose syrup

The moose's scent of late summer evening at the meadow edge gives an aromatic syrup with a hint of bitter almond. Our favorite is to season rhubarb with the syrup. Good also for pancakes, ice cream, cheese and in gin drinks. NOTE - Avoid giving moose herb to children under 12 years of age as it contains salicylic acid. 

Origin: Högtorp farm, Mellösa, Sörmland. All moose herb is picked by hand on their own organically certified land. Rosenkvitten is bought from Swedish growers. The sugar is white KRAVEU / non-EU sugar. The syrup is produced in an EU-approved production kitchen under strictly hygienic forms. It guarantees clean, safe and first-class products that are not oxidized or spoiled prematurely. 

Character: The moose syrup has an aromatic, fresh taste and sweet aroma reminiscent of late summer and bitter almonds.
