Flaxseed oil is completely plant-based and naturally rich in the essential fatty acids omega-3, -6 and -9. Use: Take 1-3 teaspoons as a natural supplement every day, enrich your smoothie, juice or mix a salad dressing of 1 part flaxseed oil, 1 part other mild cold-pressed oil, 1 part lemon juice and optional spices. NOTE! The taste of flaxseed oil is slightly bitter and can vary, it is completely natural and does not affect the quality of the oil.
