Our organic beluga lenses are beautifully black in color, have a mildly nutty taste and are naturally rich in protein. Delicious and above all delicious in a salad, as an accompaniment to various dishes, in soups and stews or mixed into a creamy mixture. Beluga lentils have a wonderful elasticity and go well with flavors such as tomato, garlic, lemon and thyme. Preparation 2 servings 1 dl beluga lentils 3 dl water 1/2 krm salt 1. Rinse the lentils in cold water. Boil in plenty of water and a pinch of our good country broth or salt. Let simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes, or until soft. Pour off excess water if needed.
