Mild, full-bodied and very easy-to-like white mold cheese.
Soft and creamy in texture, mild but at the same time full-bodied in taste. A cheese that becomes many's favorite around the table, and perhaps the most easily matched with red wines.
Here, the wine can be relatively full-bodied, preferably with a certain ripening tone - such as red burgundy wine, Italian chianti classico, Spanish rioja or a high-quality wine from South Africa or California.
