MälarChark AB was founded in 1933 and has a long and solid tradition in the quality production of charcuterie. We produce, sell and distribute hot smoked mixed charcuterie and liver pate.
Our customers are shops and commercial kitchens. It is our old recipes that give our charcuterie its special taste. Fine ingredients, good recipes and knowledgeable staff have over the years given our good sausages several awards.
