Organic Roasted & Salted Cashew Nuts

The cashew nut originated in Brazil, but today it is mainly grown in tropical areas in Southeast Asia and Africa. The cashew nut is exclusive because only one nut, or drupe, is formed from each pear-shaped so-called false fruit.

Cashews can be eaten as snacks, they can be good to have in your bag, after a hard workout or as a snack during a stressful day. They can also be used in cooking, which they often do in Thai and Chinese food, especially in stir-fries.
