Our cocoa beans are of absolute top quality. They are grown in the Pangoa cooperative in Satipo province in the central Peruvian jungle. The cooperative had a very difficult time during the terrorism of the 80s when the women decided to help their husbands grow cocoa and develop the cooperative. Today, it is the women who make the decisions regarding the production and commercialization of the cooperative's cocoa.
