Our tasty ground beef is ground from, among other things, neck, leg and brisket from our West Swedish grass grazing animals and is one of the products we are most proud of. Our ground beef has a fat content of about 15%, which gives both fine roasting properties and binds well without eggs or breadcrumbs.
