How do I use pumpkin seeds?

Pumpkin seeds taste mild and they can be used in cooking, e.g. in meat, bread, salads, muesli, or eaten as a snack and stirred into chocolate. Not completely raw, per se, but feel free to try roasting the pumpkin seeds in a Teflon pan with a little oil and have as a snack. But it's just as well to soak them and then dry them in a drying oven with a little cumin, lime, coriander and tamari. As good all year round as for Halloween for all pumpkin fans!
