Rå Hygge
Raw Hygge mushroom coffee - a new coffee generation. A selection of unique low-acid coffee blends with added functional mushroom extracts. We were the first low-acid mushroom coffee in the world originally developed in Finland in 2013.
Now we produce this unique coffee concept in our newly built roastery in Staffanstorp, Skåne since 2022.
We have a desire for all coffee lovers to be able to enjoy coffee moments or what we call hygge moments without experiencing some of the surprisingly common, unpleasant side effects, such as caffeine jitters, heart palpitations, heartburn or acid reflux.
The secret is our patented finishing of our artisan roasted coffee beans which we have carefully paired in terms of taste with functional mushroom extracts. The result is a low-acid coffee with pH 6,5 instead of between pH 4-5 and with coffee blends both whole bean and pre-ground, each with a unique umami flavor.
