Our organic rye wholemeal flour is stone ground and gives a long feeling of satiety and is excellent for baking bread, perfect for sourdough. The product is Ä-marked.
Warbro Kvarn-rye is, from the 2019 harvest, our own organic cultural rye variety. It is a cross between the ancient land trough town of Lithuania and the slightly more modern Amilo. The result has become the best of both worlds, and it has quickly become popular thanks to its delicious taste. The Warbro rye was 2,20 meters high at the time of threshing.
