Rye flakes
Saltå Kvarns rye flakes are made from Swedish organic rye that has been steamed and rolled into flakes. The entire kernel with sprout and bran is included, which makes the rye flakes rich in fiber. Rye is also a source of thiamin, vitamin B6 and folic acid as well as the minerals magnesium, zinc and iron. Rye flakes have a robust taste of rye and are good for porridge, baking and muesli mixes.
