Rye flour

Saltå Kvarns rye flour is a stone-ground wholemeal flour of Swedish organic rye. The whole rye kernel with bran and germ is included, which makes the flour rich in fiber and a source of magnesium, iron and zinc as well as the B vitamins thiamine, B6 and folic acid. From rye flour, you bake wonderfully juicy sourdough bread. If you bake with yeast, you need to add 30% wheat flour. Rye flour is also good for cooking porridge.
