Saltå Kvarns rye flour is a fine stone-ground wholemeal rye flour. The whole rye kernel with bran and germ is included. The flour is rich in dietary fiber and a source of magnesium, iron and zinc. From rye flour you bake delicious sourdough bread. If you bake with yeast, you need to add wheat flour. Rye flour is also good for cooking porridge.
