Saltö Akvavit Organic
Organic cumin and fennel are distilled separately in a copper distillation pan. These are mixed and then balanced to produce a really good aquavit. Finally, the aquavit is carefully seasoned with hand-picked Halland porridge, which gives Saltö its unique taste character.
Saltö is perfect for herring (onion herring, brandy herring, mustard herring, archipelago herring and lingonberry herring), shellfish, smoked salmon and aged cheeses.
Organic Archipelago schnapps is made from Saturnus in Malmö.
