I Korvhantverks market sausage, there is only meat (from free-ranging pigs), water & spices - no potato flakes or other excipients - BGG, ie Just Goa Stuff, quite simply. The sausages are smoked with alfalfa, which gives them a natural smoky taste. Meat content 87%.
