Sänkdalens glass

We manufacture our organic, KRAV-certified ice cream in the ice cream factory on the farm with milk and cream from our own cows on Sänkdalen's farm. That it is only 70 meters from cow to ice cream is something we are proud of.

The common thread in ice cream production has always been to use really good ingredients, which usually means extra work. In order to produce the absolute best quality, we have learned not to take any shortcuts. Do we e.g. orange ice cream, we squeeze real oranges. Of course the ice cream will be more expensive but oh so much better!

The ice cream is KRAV-certified and is available today in 21 flavors, 3 of which are milk-free sorbets.
