Solmarka Gårdsbageri
At Solmarka Bakery, we grind our flour on a stone mill. We bake the bread on sourdough and focus our production on older and traditional cereals. We work with Emmer, Dinkel and Ölandsvete, among others.
All our raw materials are carefully selected and are organically and biodynamically grown.
Today we offer, among other things, three types of crispbread, two different crusts and seven different, but equally good, food breads.
