Stora Hällsta

We are an organic farm with cultivation of grain and feed for cows and young cattle. Our agriculture has production of milk, meat, cereals (everything KRAV-approved) which in interaction with biology and the farm's own cycle provides raw materials for the farm's own processing.

The mill makes sifted flour with a rolling machine and stone-ground wholemeal flour from a stone mill, as well as groats and other grain products. Twenty meters from the mill is the farm's bakery. In the bakery, crusts are baked for sale in the farm's shop.

If time permits, we also grind grain for others.
