Dry black beans, grown on Fagraslätt. 

Fits well in stews, soups and salads but also e.g. in vegetarian steaks. To be soaked and boiled. Soak overnight or for at least 8-10 hours. Cook for 20-25 minutes for a firm consistency, or longer to get softer beans.
