Tistelvind

Tistelvind is a family-owned company that got new owners in 2020. We produce pickled vegetables and chili in Boxholm in Södra Östergötland and sells both centrally and through wholesalers.

We have about 20 items where our best sellers are sauerkraut, kimchi and pickled carrots.

Common to our products is that:

• products are unpasteurized, ie have an active microflora with kind bacteria
• the raw materials (cabbage, carrot, onion, savoy cabbage, radish, chili, garlic, beetroot, red cabbage, turnip) come from Swedish organic farmers
• they are KRAV marked
• does not contain E-numbers
• we have nationwide distribution
