Organic Sweden has in close collaboration with Ekologiska Lantbrukarna has developed knowledge material consisting of a PowerPoint presentation and an accompanying script. The material is aimed at teachers or circle leaders who want to educate and inform about organic food and agriculture. The knowledge material is rooted in scientific research and tells about what distinguishes organic production from cultivation to processing, as well as its advantages and challenges.
