Organic Sweden has in close collaboration with Ekologiska Lantbrukarna produced a knowledge material consisting of a powerpoint presentation and an accompanying script for teachers and circle leaders who want to educate and inform about organic food and agriculture. Knowledge material that is rooted in scientific research tells about what distinguishes organic production from cultivation to processing and its benefits and challenges.
