Our organic rustic wheat flour is a tasty, sifted flour with a whole grain feeling.
When stone grinding, it comes with small sticky pieces in the sifted flour, which gives a darker color and more nutrition than in ordinary wheat flour. Compared to rolled "regular" wheat flour, rustic wheat flour is more like graham flour. Feel free to mix with a lighter flour, e.g. Light Dinkel or Wheat Bakery flour for a lighter bread. The product is Ä-marked.
Flour is a fresh product
We grind all our flours in a real stone mill with horizontal stones, in one step. It is a cool process that preserves the nutrients in the flour. Of course, all flours are free from additives. On Warbro Kvarn we see flour as a fresh product. We grind to order to give you the opportunity to bake with a fresh and complete flour, including everything, but without any additives. It gives a product with more taste and nutrition! All our products are organic and grown in Central Sweden.
