Saltå Kvarns wheat flour is a sifted flour from Swedish organic wheat that is ground on a sod mill, a mill with stone rollers. The great thing about the soder mill is that it grinds the flour cold. There is thus no increase in temperature during grinding, which means that the flour retains important flavors and nutrients. The flour also has a high grinding where just over three quarters of the wheat grain is used. In the end, you get a rich and fragrant wheat flour that goes well with most things.
